What Our Warranty Covers
Lifetime Fixture Warranty
Our stainless steel low-voltage transformers are backed by a lifetime replacement warranty when installed by our Certified Low Voltage Lighting Technicians (CLVLT). Registration within 90 days of installation is required.
10-Year Wire and Connection Guarantee
We guarantee the integrity of our wiring and connections for 10 years, covering both materials and labor for the first 3 years. This applies to systems installed by our certified technicians.
Additional Benefits
Transferrable Warranty
Should you sell your property, our warranty can be transferred to the new owner following a system assessment.
Extended Warranty with Maintenance Program
Clients enrolled in our maintenance program receive extended warranty benefits, ensuring ongoing protection and optimal system performance.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, lightning, acts of God, or unauthorized modifications. Tampering with the transformer voids all warranties.
